Mental disorders in China is a high prevalence of diseases, about 13.4%, the mainmanifestations of this kind of disease is thinking, emotion, perception and other functional abnormalities ordisorders, will reduce the patients social adaptability, increase the sense of psychological pain. In patients withsevere mental disorders, self-harm behavior and aggressive behavior are more serious, which have a greater impacton their own safety and social and public safety. Due to the long course of the disease, it is easy to relapse,prolonged and difficult to heal, so while carrying out the necessary clinical treatment, it is necessary to payattention to the social, psychological and physiological health status of patients, and strengthen communitymanagement. However, at present, there are still many deficiencies in the management of patients with severemental disorders in the community, which cannot achieve the purpose of management. This paper summarizes andanalyzes the management status and intervention measures, so as to provide guidance for improving the effect ofcommunity management.
