| 摘要 |
探究分析基于量化评估策略的手术室护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中的临床应用。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 10 月，至我院接受股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术的老年患者共 60 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 60 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；生活质量；以及髋关节功能。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；生活质量；以及髋关节功能方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受接受股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术的老年患者进行护理的过程中，采用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的髋关节功能，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application of operating room nursing based on quantitativeevaluation strategy in internal fixation of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly. Methods A total of 60 elderlypatients who underwent internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 60 patients were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group used the usual care model for theintervention; The observation group used an operating room care model based on quantitative assessment strategies forintervention. Comparison and analysis of nursing satisfaction between control and observation groups; Quality of life; andhip function. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; Quality of life; and thehip function was significantly better than that of the control group, where (P<0.05), the difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion In the process of nursing elderly patients receiving internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture ofthe femur, the intervention mode of the operating room based on quantitative evaluation strategy can effectively improve thenursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, and at the same time significantly improve the hip function of patients,which has excellent effects in the process of practical application and is worthy of further promotion and application.
