| 摘要 |
分析重症肺炎患者中全面护理的干预效果。方法 选取我院近 2 年（2019 年 8 月-2021年 9 月）收治的重症肺炎者 90 例，回顾临床资料。将实施全面护理的 45 例患者作为观察组，将实施常规护理的 45 例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理效果。结果 干预后，观察组患者肺功能指标（用力肺活量、肺活量、最大通气量）和临床体征（气促、咳嗽、发热症状）改善情况更优，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者呼吸道感染率更低，平均住院时间更短，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理实施于重症肺炎患者护理中，可有效缓解其临床症状，促进功能恢复，还能有效减少呼吸道感染，提高治疗效果，使病情得到进一步控制，临床应用价值确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with severepneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital in recent 2years (August 2019 to September 2021) were reviewed. 45 patients receiving comprehensive nursing care weretaken as the observation group, and 45 patients receiving routine nursing care were taken as the control group.Observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After intervention, the improvement of pulmonary functionindexes (forced vital capacity, vital capacity, maximum ventilation volume) and clinical signs (shortness of breath,cough, fever symptoms) in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); The totaleffective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The respiratory tractinfection rate of the patients in the observation group was lower, and the average hospitalization time was shorterthan that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensivenursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with severe pneumonia, promote functionalrecovery, effectively reduce respiratory tract infection, improve the therapeutic effect, and further control thedisease. It has definite clinical application value.
