| 摘要 |
探讨人性化护理在骨折患者治疗中的疗效效果。方法 选取我院 2020 年 3 月至 2021 年 3月骨科接收治疗的的 86 例骨折患者，运用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组两组进行对比，每组各 43 例。对照组患者采用常规性护理模式，观察组患者则采用人性化护理模式。通过 3 周时间的护理治疗，来对比不同护理模式治疗前后患者的病情和身心健康改善情况，以及会不同护理模式的满意度。结果 对比结果显示，观察组患者护理后的焦虑值（SAS）评分与抑郁值（SDS）评分数值明显低于对照组，差异较大，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组患者对人性化护理的满意度也高于对照组的常规护理，对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 对骨折患者实施人性化护理，能有效的稳定心理负面情绪，有利于患者身心健康与病情康复效果，患者对人性化护理的满意度也能更进一步促进医护关系，护理效果显著，具有较好的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing in the treatment of fracture patients.Methods 86 cases of fracture patients who received treatment in the orthopaedics department of our hospital fromMarch 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing mode, while thepatients in the observation group adopted humanistic nursing mode. Through 3 weeks of nursing treatment, wecompared the improvement of patients condition and physical and mental health before and after the treatment ofdifferent nursing modes, as well as the satisfaction of different nursing modes. Results The results showed that thescores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p<0.05);The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was also higher than that of the control group in theconventional nursing, with a significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanizednursing for fracture patients can effectively stabilize the negative psychological emotions, which is conducive tothe physical and mental health of patients and the effect of rehabilitation. The satisfaction of patients withhumanized nursing can further promote the relationship between doctors and nurses. The nursing effect issignificant and has good application value.
