| 摘要 |
分析重症监护室用优质护理的价值。方法 2020 年 11 月-2022 年 10 月本院重症监护室接诊病人 82 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取优质护理，对照组行常规护理。对比不良事件等指标。结果 关于不良事件，试验组发生率 2.44%，和对照组数据 19.51%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于总有效率，试验组数据 97.56%，和对照组数据 82.93%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 97.56%，和对照组数据78.05%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 重症监护室用优质护理，不良事件发生率更低，护理效果提升更为迅速，满意度改善也更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of high-quality care in intensive care units. Methods FromNovember 2020 to October 2022, the intensive care unit was randomly divided into 2 groups. The trial groupadopts high-quality care, and the control group performs routine care. Contrast the adverse events and otherindicators. Results Regarding adverse events, the incidence of the trial group was 2.44%, which was lower than the19.51% of the control group data (P <0.05). Regarding the total response rate, the test group data was 97.56%,which was higher than the 82.93% data in the control group (P <0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the test group datawas 97.56%, higher than 78.05% (P <0.05). Conclusion Intensive care units have a lower incidence of adverseevents, a faster improvement in nursing effect, and a more obvious improvement in satisfaction.
