妇产科腹腔镜手术后并发症护理的临床效果观察

| 摘要 |
探析妇产科腹腔镜手术后并发症护理的临床效果。方法 选取 2021 年 3 月~2022 年 3 月我院妇产科收治的 58 例腹腔镜手术患者，随机分为两组，对照组 29 例实施常规护理，观察组实施并发症护理干预，比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、护理满意度、生活质量以及术后并发症情况。结果 观察组的排气时间、下床运动时间、疼痛时间、住院时间短于对照组；观察组的护理满意度 82.76%高于对照组58.62%；观察组术后并发发生率 34.48% 低于对照组 65.52%；观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，比较均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妇产科腹腔镜手术后对其进行并发症护理干预，可以降低并发症的发生，缩短病情恢复时间，提高护理满意度，改善患者的术后生活质量，值得临床推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing for complications after laparoscopic surgeryin gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 58 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 toMarch 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (29 patients) received routinenursing care, and the observation group (29 patients) received complications nursing intervention. Thepostoperative recovery, nursing satisfaction, quality of life, and postoperative complications of the two groups werecompared. Results The exhaust time, exercise time, pain time and hospitalization time of the observation groupwere shorter than those of the control group; 82.76% of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higherthan 58.62% in the control group; The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 34.48% lowerthan that in the control group (65.52%); The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of complications aftergynecological laparoscopic surgery can reduce the occurrence of complications, shorten the recovery time, improvethe satisfaction of nursing, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery, which is worthy of clinicalpromotion and application.
