新生儿随访门诊对极低出生体重儿智能发育的影响分析

| 摘要 |
探究为极低出生体重儿应用新生儿随访门诊对其智能发育产生的影响。方法 从本院 2020年 9 月到 2021 年 9 月收治的极低出生体重儿中选取 114 例，2020 年 9 月到 2021 年 3 月的极低出生体重儿57 例为应用新生儿随访门诊前，为对照组；2021 年 4 月到 2021 年 9 月的极低出生体重儿 57 例为应用新生儿随访门诊后，为研究组。比较随访前后，两组患儿智能发育产生的差异。结果 研究组各项神经项目发育的完成月龄较对照明显更小，智能发育情况明显更好，同时，其生长发育情况明显优于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 为极低出生体重儿应用新生儿随访门诊对其智能发育情况产生了积极的影响。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of neonatal follow-up clinic on the intellectual development ofvery low birth weight infants. Methods 114 VLBW infants from September 2020 to September 2021 in ourhospital were selected. 57 VLBW infants from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the control groupbefore the neonatal follow-up clinic; 57 very low birth weight infants from April 2021 to September 2021 wereused as the study group after the neonatal follow-up clinic. Compare the difference of intelligence developmentbetween the two groups before and after follow-up. Results The study group completed the development of variousneural items at a significantly younger age than the control group, and its intelligence development wassignificantly better. At the same time, its growth and development were significantly better than the control group,with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of neonatal follow-up clinic for very low birth weightinfants has a positive impact on their intellectual development.
