| 摘要 |
针对糖尿病低血糖患者在心血管不良事件发生方面的影响及应对措施，做深入探讨研究。方法 文章选择时间为 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月期间实施开展，入选病例均为我院收治的 116 例糖尿病患者作为研究样本，采用随机抽取双色球方式进行平衡分组：a 组 58 例患者为低血糖组；b 组 58 例患者为非低血糖组，后比对两组患者在心血管不良事件发生率方面的差别性。结果 b 组方患者的心血管不良事件发生率明显低于 a 组方，P 值小于 0.05。结论 具有糖尿病低血糖症状患者在心血管不良事件的发生概率明显高于无低血糖症状的患者，应给予及时有效的护理措施进行干预，进而保障广大患者的身体康健及生命安全。

| Abstract |
Objective To conduct a thorough research on the impact of cardiovascular adverse events inpatients with diabetic hypoglycemia. Methods The article was selected from April 2021 to April 2022. The selectedcases were 116 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital as the study sample: 58 patients in red group werehypoglycemia group; 58 patients in green group were non-hypoglycemia group, before comparing the incidence ofcardiovascular adverse events. Results The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the green group wassignificantly lower than the red group and P value was less than 0.05. Conclusion The probability of cardiovascularadverse events in patients with diabetic hypoglycemia symptoms is significantly higher than that in those withouthypoglycemia symptoms, so timely and effective nursing measures should be given to ensure the health and lifesafety of patients.
