Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing combined with earlyrehabilitation training and nursing in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on neurological function.Methods 150 cases of cerebral infarction patients received in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 wererandomly selected as the object of this analysis. The selected patients were divided into two groups for nursingstudy through computer random selection. The group name included observation group and control group, and thenumber of patients in each group was 75 cases. Observation group carried out comprehensive nursing combinedwith early rehabilitation training nursing intervention, and the final clinical effects of the two different nursingprograms were compared in detail. Results after nursing, observation group nursing management quality andpatient nursing treatment compliance has significantly improved compared with the control group, nursing adverseevents and complication rate are lower than the control group, brain nerve function, swallowing function and limbmovement function recovery effect is better than the control group, life activity improvement effect is better thanthe control group, (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing combined with earlyrehabilitation training nursing intervention in the nursing management of cerebral infarction patients plays animportant role in improving the quality of clinical nursing, promoting the recovery of cerebral nerve function,reducing the occurrence of complications, improving the efficiency of physical recovery and improving the qualityof life of patients.
