| 摘要 |
于临床护理带教教学过程中探讨使用 PBL 教学法的护理教学效果和价值。方法 选取 2020年 7 月-2020 年 12 月期间在我院实习的 40 例护理实习生作为对照组研究对象,接受常规护理教学,另选取2021 年 7 月-2021 年 12 月期间在院实习的 40 例护理实习生作为实验组研究组对象,接受 PBL 教学法教学。经过统一护理带教学习,观察对比两组学员综合护理能力考核成绩、学员对教学方式的满意度。结果 实验组学员的综合护理能力考核分数高于对照组,同时实验组的学员对教学方式满意度更高,数据差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将 PBL 教学法引入临床护理带教过程中其应用效果显著优于传统教学模式,经过教学,临床护理实习生护理理论知识和临床护理操作能力都得到了显著提升,同时,学生对于 PBL 教学法的满意程度也远高于传统教学法,因此,PBL 教学法值得在临床护理带教活动中大力推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect and value of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 40 nursing interns who practiced in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected asthe control group, receiving routine nursing teaching. Another 40 nursing interns who practiced in our hospital fromJanuary 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the experimental group, receiving PBL teaching method. Afterthe unified nursing teaching and learning, observe and compare the comprehensive nursing ability assessmentresults of the two groups of students, and the students satisfaction with the teaching methods. Results The scoresof comprehensive nursing ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. At thesame time, the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching methods. The datadifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of introducing PBL teachingmethod into clinical nursing teaching process is significantly better than that of traditional teaching mode. Throughteaching, the nursing theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing operation ability of clinical nursing interns havebeen significantly improved. At the same time, students satisfaction with PBL teaching method is also far higherthan that of traditional teaching method. Therefore, PBL teaching method is worthy of being vigorously promotedin clinical nursing teaching activities.
