| 摘要 |
研究个体化护理模式在血液净化中心透析患者中的临床应用应用效果。方法 选取 2022年 6 月至 7 月在柳州市人民医院血液净化中心进行血液透析治疗患者 54 例，随机分为对照组（27 例）与实践组（27 例），对照组为常规护理模式，实践组为个体化护理模式。对比两组护理满意度、并发症、健康知识掌握及自我管理情况。结果 实践组护理满意度为 92.59%（25/27）高于对照组的 66.67%（25/27）（p<0.05）；实践组并发症总发生率（7.41%）低于对照组（29.63%）（p<0.05）；护理后实践组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组（p<0.05）；实践组各项治疗依从性效果高于对照组（p<0.05）；护理后实践组各项健康知识掌握水平与自我管理能力提升均优于对照组（p<0.05）。结论 个体化护理模式应用于血液透析患者的护理过程中，可显著提高患者的自我管理能力，有效改善其生活质量，并促使其积极配合治疗，降低并发症，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical application effect of individualized nursing mode in hemodialysispatients in blood purification center. Methods From June to July 2022, 54 patients who received hemodialysistreatment in the Blood Purification Center of Liuzhou Peoples Hospital were randomly divided into control group(27 cases) and practice group (27 cases). The control group was a conventional nursing mode, and the practicegroup was a personalized nursing mode. Nursing satisfaction, complications, health knowledge andself-management were compared between the two groups. Results 92.59% (25/27) of nursing satisfaction inpractice group was higher than 66.67% (25/27) in control group （p<0.05); The total incidence of complications inpractice group (7.41%) was lower than that in control group (29.63%) (p<0.05); After nursing, the systolic bloodpressure and diastolic blood pressure in the practice group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05); Theeffect of treatment compliance in practice group was higher than that in control group (p<0.05); After nursing, themastery level of health knowledge and self-management ability in practice group were better than those in controlgroup (p<0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized nursing mode in the nursing process of hemodialysispatients can significantly improve the self-management ability of patients, effectively improve their quality of life,and promote their active cooperation in treatment, reduce complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
