| 摘要 |
分析在对内镜诊治护理质量管理的过程中将 6S 管理模式进行运用的作用。方法 按照对比管理观察的方式开展探究，纳入 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月进行内镜诊治患者 88 例为研究样本，随机抽选分组对照组（44 例，常规护理质量管理）和观察组（44 例，按照 6S 管理模式开展管理）。对比护理管理效果间差异。结果 结合对两组器械清洁消毒时间、取器械耗时以及器械盘点耗时对比，观察组各时间指标均短于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组患者诊治期间护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组患者内镜诊治期间护理质量评分，在护理安全、环境管理以及护理监控以及消毒管理方面，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对内镜诊治护理管质量管理的过程中按照 6S 管理模式开展对应管理工作，可以有效提升该方面管理工作效率，提升护理质量并增加患者对该方面护理工作满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of 6S management model in the process of nursing qualitymanagement of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Methods The research was carried out in the way ofcomparative management and observation. 88 patients who were diagnosed and treated with endoscopy fromFebruary 2021 to May 2022 were included as the study sample. They were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases, with routine nursing quality management) and the observation group (44 cases, with 6S managementmode). Compare the differences between nursing management effects. Results According to the comparison ofcleaning and disinfection time, taking time of instruments and checking time of instruments between the twogroups, each time index of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). By comparingthe nursing satisfaction of the two groups during diagnosis and treatment, the observation group was higher thanthe control group (P<0.05). By comparing the nursing quality scores of the two groups during endoscopic diagnosisand treatment, the observation group had advantages in nursing safety, environmental management, nursingmonitoring and disinfection management, P<0.05. Conclusion Carrying out corresponding management accordingto 6S management mode in the process of quality management of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment nursingmanagement can effectively improve the management efficiency, nursing quality and patient satisfaction in thisaspect.
