Methods 200 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from March 2018to April 2022 were selected as the research objects; In the nursing study, the random number table was used todivide the average number of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in each group; That is, the reference group, with 100cases, completed the disease nursing intervention in the traditional way; In the study group, there were 100 cases, and humanistic nursing was adopted to complete the disease nursing intervention; The total compliance rate, prealbumin, total serum protein, body mass index, hemoglobin, self-esteem score, SDS (Self Rating DepressionScale) score and SAS (Self Rating Anxiety Scale) score were compared between the two groups. Results Thetotal compliance rate of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the study group was significantly higher than thatin the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the reference group, the total serum protein of the patients withpulmonary tuberculosis in the study group decreased significantly, and the body mass index, hemoglobin andprealbumin levels increased significantly (P<0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference inself-esteem score, SDS score and SAS score between the study group and the reference group (P>0.05); Afternursing, the self-esteem score of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the study group was significantlyimproved compared with the reference group, and the SDS score and SAS score were significantly reducedcompared with the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing, the effectiveapplication of humanistic nursing in the nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the patientstreatment compliance, improve the patients prealbumin, total serum protein, body mass index and hemoglobin, improve their self-esteem, and significantly improve their depression and anxiety, which can promote the goodprognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
