Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on patients in hematologydepartment. Methods 78 hematological patients from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected. Randomized numbertable method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group (n=39). The control groupreceived routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received nursing risk management. Theoccurrence of risk events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence ofrisk events in the experimental group was 5.13%, and that in the reference group was 20.51%. The incidence of riskevents in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group, and the difference between groups wasestablished (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 100.00%, and that ofpatients in the reference group was 89.74%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group washigher than that of the reference group, and the difference between groups was established (P<0.05). ConclusionNursing risk management has a good effect on patients in hematology department. The occurrence of patients riskevents is reduced, and nursing satisfaction is improved. It has important clinical application value. It is suggested tofurther promote and apply it.
