| 摘要 |
研究分析延续性护理对食管癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法 研究在 2022 年 3 月至 2022年 8 月期间我院进行化疗治疗的食管癌患者中随机抽取了 68 例，并采用抽签法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理模式，观察组患者在常规护理的同时应用延续性护理，最终比较两组患者的生活质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05），同时观察组不良反应发生率较对照组更低，且差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 在食管癌化疗患者的护理中，采用延续性护理干预的方式，能够让患者的生活质量明显提高，同时有效减少不良反应发生的情况，具有积极影响。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patientswith esophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods From March 2022 to August 2022, 68 patients withesophageal cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly selected, and randomly divided into thecontrol group and the observation group by drawing lots. The patients in the control group applied conventionalnursing mode, while the patients in the observation group applied continuous nursing during conventional nursing.Finally, the quality of life scores and adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups were compared. ResultsThe score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, withsignificant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer undergoingchemotherapy, continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients andeffectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which has a positive impact.
