| 摘要 |
探究分析胸外科患者术后睡眠障碍分级护理干预效果。方法 选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2022年 10 月，我院接受胸外科手术后睡眠障碍的患者共 280 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 280 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用分级护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；睡眠质量以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受胸外科手术后睡眠障碍的患者进行干预的过程中，采用分级护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度；睡眠质量以及生活质量，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of graded nursing intervention on postoperativesleep disorder in thoracic surgery patients. Methods 280 patients with sleep disorder after thoracic surgery in ourhospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 280 patients were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group according to the number of admission sequences. Thecontrol group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with gradednursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed;Quality of sleep and quality of life. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied withnursing; The sleep quality and quality of life in the control group were significantly better than those in the controlgroup （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the process of intervention for patients with sleep disorder after thoracic surgery,the hierarchical nursing model can effectively improve the patients satisfaction with nursing; The quality of sleepand quality of life have excellent effects in the process of practical application, which is worthy of furtherpromotion and application.
