| 摘要 |
探析重症肺炎患者的护理要点。方法 选取 2020 年 05 月-2022 年 04 月期间我院收治的40 例重症肺炎患者为研究观察对象，均对所有患者实施临床护理干预，观察患者护理前后的症状积分、生活质量评分。结果 患者干预后的症状积分比干预前的积分更低，而生活质量评分要显著高于干预前的评分，数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对重症肺炎患者实施临床护理干预，有助于改善表现症状，促进病情恢复，提高生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the key points of nursing care for patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 40 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were selectedas the study objects. All patients were given clinical nursing intervention, and symptom scores and quality of lifescores before and after nursing were observed. Results The symptom score of patients after intervention was lowerthan that before intervention, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that before intervention. Thedata difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing intervention for patients withsevere pneumonia is helpful to improve the symptoms, promote the recovery of the disease and improve the qualityof life.
