| 摘要 |
分析于急性心肌梗死患者的急诊急救过程中运用优化急诊护理流程的方式进行护理干预，对其最终救治效果以及抢救成功率的影响。方法 采用抽样调查法进行研究对象抽样，抽样时间为 2020 年 6月到 2022 年 6 月，抽样对象为我院收治的所有急性心肌梗死住院病患，抽样 74 例，将其中 37 例患者纳入对照组，采用常规护理干预，剩余 37 例纳入干预组，采用优化急诊护理流程进行护理干预。收集两组急性心肌梗死患者的临床信息并加以分析，对比两组患者的急救操作时间和抢救效果。结果 研究组急救操作时间低于对照组，抢救成功率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在急性心肌梗死患者急诊急救过程中，给予在优化急诊护理流程的护理理念下进行护理干预，可有效缩短急救各项工作的操作时间，提升救治成功率，同时降低院内再抢救发生率，值得在急性心肌梗死抢救过程中广泛推广运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention by optimizing the emergency nursingprocess on the final rescue effect and rescue success rate in the emergency rescue of patients with acute myocardialinfarction. Methods The method of sampling survey was used to sample the research objects. The sampling timewas from June 2020 to June 2022. The sampling objects were all the hospitalized patients with acute myocardialinfarction in our hospital. 74 patients were sampled. 37 of them were included in the control group withconventional nursing intervention, and the remaining 37 were included in the intervention group with optimizedemergency nursing process. Collect and analyze the clinical information of the two groups of patients with acutemyocardial infarction, and compare the first aid operation time and rescue effect of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time of first aid in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the rescuesuccess rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of emergency rescue forpatients with acute myocardial infarction, nursing intervention under the concept of optimizing emergency nursingprocess can effectively shorten the operation time of various emergency work, improve the success rate of rescue,and reduce the incidence of re rescue in hospital, which is worth popularizing in the process of rescue for patientswith acute myocardial infarction.
