| 摘要 |
分析预防性护理干预用于重症监护室中对降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率的价值。方法 对2021 年 1 月-2022 年 10 月本院重症监护室接诊病人（n=84）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 42 人，前者采取预防性护理干预，后者行常规护理。对比下肢深静脉血栓发生率等指标。结果 关于下肢深静脉血栓这个指标，试验组发生率 2.38%，和对照组数据 16.67%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量这个指标：试验组数据（98.92±0.74）分，和对照组数据（93.57±1.62）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于住院时间这个指标：试验组数据（6.12±1.39）d，和对照组数据（7.95±2.14）d 相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于满意度这个指标：试验组数据 97.62%，和对照组数据 80.95%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 重症监护室用预防性护理干预，下肢深静脉血栓发生率更低，住院时间更短，满意度改善更加明显，护理质量提升更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of preventive nursing intervention in the intensive care unit toreduce the incidence of DVT in the lower limbs. Methods The patients (n=84) received in the intensive care unitfrom January 2021 to October 2022 were divided into 42 patients in the control group, the former took preventivenursing intervention and the latter did routine care. Compare the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis andother indicators. Results Regarding the index of lower limb deep vein thrombosis, the incidence rate in the testgroup was 2.38%, which was lower than with 16.67% in the control group (P <0.05). For this indicator of quality ofcare: the test group data (98.92 ± 0.74) score was higher than the control group data (93.57 ± 1.62) score (P <0.05).For this indicator of length of stay: the test group data (6.12 ± 1.39) d was shorter (P <0.05) than the control groupdata (7.95 ± 2.14) d. This indicator of satisfaction: 97.62%, higher than 80.95% in the control group (P <0.05）.Conclusion Intensive care intervention has lower incidence, shorter hospital stay, more improved satisfaction andbetter quality of care.
