| 摘要 |
将康复护理应用于膝骨关节炎患者护理中，分析其护理效果。方法 选取本院在 2021 年1 月-2022 年 1 月期间收治的膝骨关节炎患者（n=86）为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组（n=43）及实验组（n=43），前者给予常规护理，后者在常规护理基础上采取康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 两组膝关节功能对比，护理前差异不明显，无统计学含义（P＞0.05）。护理后可见实验组较优（P＜0.05）。两组疼痛评分对比，护理前差异不明显，无统计学含义（P＞0.05）。护理后可见实验组较低（P＜0.05）。两组满意度比较，可见实验组高（P＜0.05）。结论 在膝骨关节炎患者护理中采取康复护理效果显著，能够改善患者的膝关节功能，缓解其疼痛，从而提升患者的满意度。建议此种方法在临床上推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To apply rehabilitation nursing to the nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis andanalyze its nursing effect. Methods The patients with knee osteoarthritis (n=86) admitted in our hospital fromJanuary 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Randomized number table method wasused to divide the patients into reference group (n=43) and experimental group (n=43). The former was givenroutine care, and the latter was given rehabilitation care on the basis of routine care. The nursing effects of the twogroups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in knee function between the two groupsbefore nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group was better (P<0.05). There was no significantdifference in pain scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, it was lower in theexperimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis issignificant, which can improve the function of knee joint, relieve pain, and enhance patient satisfaction. It issuggested that this method be popularized in clinical practice.
