| Abstract |
Objective To apply stage target nursing to the nursing of hemiplegic patients after stroke, andanalyze the application value of this nursing and its impact on ADL score. Methods 94 patients with post-strokehemiplegia were selected from January 2020 to January 2021. They were divided into two groups by using randomnumber table. The reference group (n=47) received routine nursing, and the experimental group (n=47) receivedstage targeted nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the twogroups, the compliance of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). The ADL scores of the two groups werelower than those of the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the satisfaction of theexperimental group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing at different stages in thenursing of patients with hemiplegia after stroke is accurate, which can improve the compliance of patients withrehabilitation exercise and their ability to take care of themselves, and then the patients are more satisfied. It issuggested that this nursing method be popularized in clinical practice.
