中西医结合护理预防骨折术后康复患者卧床期间便秘的临床观察

| 摘要 |
探究分析中西医结合护理预防骨折术后康复患者卧床期间便秘的效果。方法 选取于 2022年 1 月至 2022 年 10 月，至我科接受骨折术后康复患者共 98 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 98 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用中西医结合护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；便秘发生率；以及生活质量。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；便秘发生率；以及生活质量方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受骨折术患者进行护理的过程中，采用中医医结合的护理模式进行干预，能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量，同时能够显著降低患者便秘发生率，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and westernmedicine nursing on preventing constipation during bed rest of patients after fracture surgery. Methods FromJanuary 2022 to October 2022, a total of 98 patients who received rehabilitation after fracture surgery in ourdepartment were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences, 98 patientswere randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened withconventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with the nursing mode of integrated traditionalChinese and western medicine. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group wascompared and analyzed; Constipation rate; And quality of life. Results After nursing intervention, the observationgroup was satisfied with nursing; Constipation rate; And the quality of life was significantly better than the controlgroup, among which (P<0.05) the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of nursingpatients undergoing fracture surgery, the nursing mode of combining traditional Chinese medicine with traditionalChinese medicine can effectively improve the patients satisfaction with nursing and quality of life, and cansignificantly reduce the incidence of constipation. It has excellent effect in the process of practical application, andis worth further promotion and application.
