| 摘要 |
探究质控康复护理在急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2021年3月至2022年3月期间收治的120例急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象，按照双盲法分成对照组（常规康复护理）与实验组（质控康复护理），每组各60例。比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的SSA和NIHSS评分优于对照组，康复率及护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床中，质控康复护理的应用可改善患者的吞咽障碍，应用效果较佳。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after acute stroke. Methods: A total of 120 patients with dysphagia after acute cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and divided into a control group (routine rehabilitation nursing) and an experimental group (quality control rehabilitation) according to a double-blind method. Nursing), 60 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The SSA and NIHSS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the recovery rate and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical practice of patients with dysphagia after acute stroke, the application of quality control rehabilitation nursing can improve the dysphagia of patients, and the application effect is better.
