| 摘要 |
随着社会的发展、科技的进步、ICT 技术的辅助支撑，医疗行业也面临信息化的升级与智能化的革新。日间手术虽为新型的医疗服务模式，但也需要快速的紧跟医疗行业发展的新浪潮。借助国家分级诊疗政策，日间手术通过就医流程再优化、医院-社区联动从而使某些既往需住院的择期手术能够在24h内完成最主要的手术和医疗流程。如此快速、高效的管理亟需信息化升级提质增效，也更加需要医疗智能化来引领业内的发展。通过梳理日间手术流程各个环节，构建符合日间手术模式的全流程信息管理系统，在医疗质控关键环节梳理出关键核心问题进行智能化思考。

| Abstract |
With the development of society, the progress of science and technology, and the auxiliary support of ICT technology, the medical industry is also facing the upgrade of information and intelligent innovation. Although day surgery is a new medical service mode, it also needs to keep up with the new wave of medical industry development. With the help of the national graded diagnosis and treatment policy, day surgery can complete the most important operations and medical procedures within 24 hours for some elective surgeries that used to require hospitalization through re-optimization of medical procedures and hospital-community linkage. Such rapid and efficient management urgently needs information upgrading to improve quality and efficiency and needs more medical intelligence to lead the development of the industry. By sorting out all links of the day surgery process, the whole process information management system in line with the day surgery mode is constructed, and the key core issues are sorted out in the key links of medical quality control for intelligent thinking.
