叶尹，江西水利电力大学信息工程学院校聘副教授，目前研究方向为人工智能，深度学习，智能计算，计算机视觉，智慧水利，智慧电力。作为同行评审专家，为20个会议及期刊提供了超过50次的评审服务，包括会议（ICECET 2026, PRMVAI 2026）以及期刊（Cluster Computing, International journal of intelligent systems, Frontiers in ecology and evolution, Remote sensing, IEEE internet of things journal, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence等等18本SCI期刊），目前担任Scientific Reviews编委以及三区综合SCI期刊Scientific Reports编委。目前已授权软著2项，授权专利7项，主持在研1项江西省科技厅项目，已累计发表国内外学术论文20余篇。其中以第一作者发表影响因子10分以上的中科院1区TOP期刊2篇。
