刘威，清华大学环境学院博士后，助理研究员，日本东北大学访问学者，中国环境科学学会循环经济分会委员，中国环境科学学会会员，四川省产业经济学会会员。主要研究领域涉及城市矿产、固体废物全生命周期管理；城市关键矿产资源和能源代谢分析；低碳能源经济耦合分析；碳排放核算及减排评估等。主持1项国家自然科学青年基金项目（C类）、1项中国博士后面上基金项目、1项课题负责人的国家重大研究计划，作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发项目、国家重大研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国际项目以及国家高端智库委托项目等20余项。近年来在Resources, Conservation & Recycling，Applied Energy, Communications Earth & Environment，Journal of Cleaner Production，Ecological Indicators，Journal of Environmental Management，Energy Strategy Reviews, 清华大学学报（自然科学版）等国际国内知名期刊发表SCI/SSCI/EI检索的学术论文50余篇，其中一作和通讯作者发表20余篇，Google学术搜索被引用600，H指数15，授权软件著作权1项，实用型发明专利4项，4项国家发明专利进入实质性审查，4项进入国家发明专利初审状态。2024年获得第十届全国大学生能源经济学术创意大赛国赛三等奖。同时，担任Cogent Economics & Finance (Environmental Economics & Sustainable Development)期刊副编辑，《数量经济研究》期刊首届青年编委，CSCIED科技核心评价数据库的青年评审人，Business Strategy and the Environment、Financial Innovation、Applied Energy、Resources, Conservation & Recycling、Environmental Impact Assessment Review、Journal of Cleaner Production、Ecological Economics、Resources, Environment and Sustainability、Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering、Journal of Industrial Ecology等40余期刊的匿名独立审稿人。
