柳陶，东北大学副教授，哈尔滨工业大学理学博士，新加坡南洋理工大学博士后，研究方向：人工智能、应用数学、地球物理学/金融学/医学/光学的交叉学科研究。作为项目负责人主持省部级科研项目6项、横向科研项目5项、河北省研究生教育教学改革研究项目1项、东北大学校级科研项目1项。发表SCI检索国际学术期刊论文60余篇，EI检索国际学术会议论文30余篇，主编出版英文学术专著2部。荣获2020年度河北省自然科学基金结题验收优秀项目；荣获2021，2022，2023，2025年度东北大学秦皇岛分校本科生毕业设计优秀指导教师；荣获2021，2022，2024年度东北大学秦皇岛分校创新创业教育优秀指导教师；指导学生参加全国大学生数学建模竞赛获得国家二等奖1项，省一等奖4项，省二等奖3项；指导学生参加美国大学生数学建模竞赛获得特等奖1项，一等奖2项，二等奖9项；指导学生参加“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛获得省二等奖1项。担任美国数学会《数学评论》评论员，SCI期刊《Mathematics》专题咨询委员、专刊客座编辑，SCI期刊《Axioms》专刊客座编辑，《Current Artificial Intelligence》等7个国际学术期刊编委，EI会议OESI2025分论坛主席，全国本科毕业论文（设计）抽检评审专家，国研评审中心评审专家，20余个国际EI会议编委，30余个国际SCI期刊审稿人。
