张白，男，致公党党员，博士，副教授，硕导，入选2025年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单，主要从事复材筋增强地聚物基海工混凝土结构等方面研究；主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金等科研项目8项；截止2025年11月，已发表SCI/EI论文77篇，其中一作/通讯SCI论文41篇（JCR Q1 38篇，综述4篇），ESI热点/高被引论文7篇；论文累计被引2300余次（谷歌学术），单篇最高被引220余次，H指数达29；获“江苏省优秀博士学位论文”和“中国公路学会科学技术一等奖”等奖励；作为第一指导老师指导学生获“挑战杯”揭榜挂帅专项赛全国二等奖和“中国国际大学生创新大赛”全国铜奖等奖励；担任国际期刊Scientific Reports、Sound & Vibration、Sustainable Marine Structures、Discover Civil Engineering、Discover Concrete and Cement编委，Buildings、Metals、Journal of Composites Science客座编辑以及JCOMB、CCC、SMT、ES、CBM等40余个SCI期刊审稿人。
