社会任职
杨来浩现为西安交通大学航空发动机研究所副研究员，长期致力于航空发动机智能运维相关的基础理论与关键技术研究。担任中国机械工程学会高级会员、振动工程学会动态信号分析专委会理事、计算机学会智能机器人专委会委员、Sensors客座编辑、智能机器人及其应用国际会议（ICIRA）和国际工程科学协会SES年度会议等智能维护机器人专题的分会主席。近年来，在Mechanism and Machine Theory、Nonlinear Dynamics、Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization等结构设计、动力学、控制等领域的相关权威期刊发表论文45篇（SCI论文25篇：一作8篇，通讯4篇），授权发明专利19项（国际专利2项），公开发明专利40余项，获得陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果一等奖1项（排5），主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各1项、联合主持空军装备预先研究项目1项。
