爱思唯尔中国高被引学者，国际先进材料学会会士，World top 2% scientists (whole career)，中国化学会高级会员（2020.3）。担任多个国际期刊的Academic editor或编委，发表学术论文百余篇（H指数39，论文被SCI引用6000次以上），被爱思唯尔、美国化学会等单位邀请参与编写专著7部（英文），主持和参加了多项国家、省部级和国际科研项目的研究。2004年分别获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金和英中教育基金会基金, 2002年获教育部提名国家自然科学一等奖, 2005年分别获陕西省科学技术一等奖1项和广东省科学技术二等奖1项。2011年入选“高层次留学人才回国资助计划”，2012年入选“陕西省青年科技新星”，2022年获Outstanding Scientist Award in the International Eminent Awards on Engineering, Science, and Medicine和IAAM Scientist Award，2023年获陕西省技术发明一等奖1项。
