对于脑积水患者来说，手术治疗至关重要，具有解除梗阻、减少脑脊液形成、改善临床症状等优势价值。但是，脑积水术后容易出现分流系统堵塞、感染、分流过度或不足、裂隙脑室综合征等并发症，增加了患者的身体及心理负担，威胁其生命安全，影响治疗效果。要想减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复，就要加强护理干预，做好康复护理工作。

| Abstract |
For hydrocephalus patients, surgical treatment is very important, with the advantages of relieving obstruction, reducing cerebrospinal fluid formation and improving clinical symptoms. However, postoperative hydrocephalus is prone to shunt system blockage, infection, excessive or insufficient shunt, cracked ventricle syndrome and other complications, which increase the physical and psychological burden of patients, threaten their life safety and affect the therapeutic effect. In order to reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients, it is necessary to strengthen nursing intervention and do a good job in rehabilitation nursing.
