摘要
探讨在老年内科教学中实施临床路径带教模式的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取62名实习护生进行对比,均为老年内科,受后期对比所需可根据护理模式的不同分为两个组别,每组人数需秉承着随机性、对等性原则,分为沿用常规带教模式的对照组与实施临床路径带教模式的观察组,分别31名护生,对比两组护生考核成绩与对带教模式的满意度。结果 通过所得数据来看,观察组护生的各项考核成绩及满意度均优于对照组。(P<0.05)。结论 在老年内科教学中,带教模式选择临床护理路径不仅能够有效提升带教质量及效率,更可促进护生的综合护理能力及对带教的满意度提高。
Abstract
Objective To explore the utility value of implementing clinical pathway teaching mode in geriatric internal medicine teaching. Methods A total of 62 nursing students were selected for comparison in this study, all of them are geriatric internal medicine. According to the needs of later comparison, they can be divided into two groups according to the different nursing modes. The number of each group should adhere to randomness and equality. According to the principle, they were divided into the control group that followed the conventional teaching mode and the observation group that implemented the clinical pathway teaching mode, with 31 nursing students respectively. Results According to the obtained data, the nursing students in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of their performance and satisfaction in various assessments. (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of geriatric internal medicine, the choice of clinical nursing path for the teaching mode can not only effectively improve the quality and efficiency of teaching, but also improve the comprehensive nursing ability and satisfaction of nursing students.
