Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement. Methods A total of 80 patients who received artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into 2 groups. The control group was carried out routine nursing during perioperative period, and the observation group was carried out accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept nursing, and the nursing effects were compared. Results In terms of postoperative recovery time, the length of hospital stay in the observation group was (6.91±1.75) d, the postoperative feeding time was (13.16±2.73) h, and the first time to get out of bed was (35.36±3.82) h. Control group were (8.22±1.27) d, (16.05±1.48) h, (49.46±4.53) h, respectively, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5%. The control group was 20%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can reduce the incidence of complications and hospitalization during the perioperative period of artificial femoral head replacement, which is worthy of popularization and application.
