| 摘要 |
分析综合护理用于乳腺癌患者护理中的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间院内收治的乳腺癌患者内选择40例研究，根据护理方式分组，即实验组与对照组，各20例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受综合护理，对比干预效果。结果 实验组满意度为95%，对照组满意度为50%，故实验组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组不良反应发生率为90%，对照组不良反应发生率为50%，实验组不良反应发生率高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验生活质量优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将综合护理用于乳腺癌患者护理内，可以显著改善患者的满意度、生活质量，降低不良反应的发生。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with breast cancer. Methods: from January 2020 to January, 40 patients with breast cancer were selected and divided into 20 groups according to the nursing method, namely, the experimental group and the control group, each of 20 cases. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The intervention effects were compared. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was 95% and that of the control group was 50%, so the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 90% in the experimental group and 50% in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing care can significantly improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients with breast cancer, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
