Objective: To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with feedback health education on the degree of pain, postoperative functional recovery and recurrence rate of patients with urinary calculi. Methods 35 patients with urinary calculi in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 17 cases and 18 cases respectively. Pain nursing, pain nursing + feedback health education were implemented respectively. The pain perception (VAS), functional recovery and 1-year recurrence rate at different time points after operation were compared between the two groups. Results the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 5 days after operation (P < 0.05); After nursing, the level of residual urine volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of maximum urine flow was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); One year after operation, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.56%, which was close to 17.65% in the control group (P > 0.05);The knowledge mastery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion pain nursing combined with feedback health education is effective for patients with urinary calculi.
