摘要
分析健康教育用于老年骨折患者整体护理内的效果。方法 从2019年1月-2022年1月期间收治的患者内选择80例研究,根据护理模式分组,即实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组联合健康教育,对相关指标。结果 实验组满意程度高于对照组,护理后的Barhtel指数高于对照组,并发症的发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。护理前,两组疼痛评分无差异,P>0.05。护理后,实验组疼痛程度显著低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组的不良情绪改善显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对老年骨折患者实施整体护理过程中,联合健康教育可以显著提升满意度,降低并发症,改善疼痛以及功能指标。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of health education in the overall nursing of elderly fracture patients. Methods: from January 2019 to January 2022, 80 patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the nursing mode, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group combined with health education. Results: the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the barhtel index after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in pain score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the degree of pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement of bad mood in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of holistic nursing for elderly fracture patients, combined health education can significantly improve satisfaction, reduce complications, improve pain and functional indexes.
