| 摘要 |
探讨循证护理在肝癌射频消融术中的作用。方法 选取我院于2020年12月－2021年12月1年内采用射频消融术治疗的8例肝癌病患进行研究。采用随机分组的方式将研究对象分为两组，每组各4例。对照组（录入病患4例，实施常规护理）和观察组（录入病患4例，实施循证护理）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析，对比两组患者护理干预后的护理满意度、不良情绪（采用SAS和SDS评分量表进行测评）以及并发症。结果 两组进行肝癌射频消融术的病患在经过护理干预后均取得一定效果，但观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组，同时，观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者并发症发生率；观察组不良情绪低于对照组，以上对比差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肝癌射频消融术中采用循证护理的方式进行护理干预能够降低并发症和不良情绪的产生，且护理满意度能够得到提高，护理效果良好，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing in radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer. Methods: 8 patients with liver cancer treated by radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for study. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 4 cases in each group. Control group (4 cases enrolled, routine nursing) and observation group (4 cases enrolled, evidence-based nursing). The effects of the two groups of patients after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed, and the nursing satisfaction, adverse emotions (SAS and SDS scores were used to evaluate) and complications of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention were compared. Results: Both groups of patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer achieved certain effect after nursing intervention, but the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was better than the control group, and the complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than the control group. The observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing intervention in radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer can reduce complications and adverse emotions, and nursing satisfaction can be improved, nursing effect is good, worthy of promotion.
