| 摘要 |
对消化内一科中采取护士分层管理的护理效果进行分析。方法 研究设立了对比实验，实验对象为本院收治的86例消化内一科患者，实验首先对其进行小组区分，两组采用不同护理方式并进行不同的命名，最终目的是对比护理管理效果。结果 经比较发现，观察组患者的护理效果显著优于对照组，组间差异较大，符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 护士分层管理后消化内一科的护理质量和患者护理满意度得到明显改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of the hierarchical management of nurses in the gastroenterology department. Methods: The study set up a comparative experiment. The subjects of the experiment were 86 gastroenterology patients admitted to this hospital. The experiment first divided them into groups. The two groups adopted different nursing methods and named differently. The ultimate goal was to compare the effects of nursing management. Results: After comparison, it was found that the nursing effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were large, which met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The hierarchical management of nurses can significantly improve the quality of care in the gastroenterology department and patient care satisfaction.
