| 摘要 |
研究亲情服务对2型糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法 选择我院在2019年6月—2021年6月收治的70例2型糖尿病患者，采用随机分组法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组35例。对照组采用常规护理措施，实验组在此基础上实施亲情服务，对比两组心理状态、生化指标、自我管理能力。结果 护理后，实验组心理状态评分低于对照组；研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）与糖化血清蛋白（GSP）指标低于对照组；研究组自我管理能力评分高于对照组；P＜0.05。结论 亲情服务可以缩短护患之间的距离，稳定患者的情绪，有效控制血糖水平，提高患者自我管理能力，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the nursing effect of family service on type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing measures, and the experimental group implemented family affection services on this basis. The psychological status, biochemical indicators and self-management ability of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the psychological state score of the experimental group was lower than the control group. Fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and glycosylated serum protein (GSP) in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The self-management ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group. (P < 0.05). Conclusion Family service can shorten the distance between nurses and patients, stabilize patients emotions, effectively control blood glucose level and improve patients self-management ability, which is worth popularizing and applying.
