| 摘要 |
72岁老年女性，因发现右乳腺管扩张及右乳肿物入院治疗，患者既往有右乳外伤及手术史。予行右乳肿物微创切除术，术后病理提示右乳淋巴管瘤。当影像学检查提示乳腺腺管扩张或囊性结节时，不应忽略淋巴管瘤可能，避免误诊。可在早期行手术治疗，手术需完整切除避免复发。

| Abstract |
A 72-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with a 4-year history of right mammary duct ectasia and a 2-month history of a right breast mass.Her past medical history included trauma and surgery to the right breast.Minimally invasive rotational excision of the right breast mass was performed. Postoperative pathology indicated lymphangioma.When breast imaging examinations suggest duct ectasia or cystic nodules, the possibility of lymphangioma should not be ignored. Surgery operation could be performed at the early stage, and complete resection is required to avoid recurrence.
