中医康复护理干预脑梗死后遗症患者的疗效观察

| 摘要 |
探讨在脑梗死后遗症患者进行护理时采取中医康复护理干预的效用价值。方法 研究中共选取158例脑梗死后遗症患者进行对比实验，遵照随机性原则进行摇号分组，对照与观察组分别79例患者，前者沿用常规护理及治疗方式，后者在此基础上实施中医康复护理干预手段，对比在护理干预后生活质量评分及满意度。结果 经研究表明，采取中医康复护理干预手段的观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组，同时满意度也相对较高。（P＜0.05）。结论 对于脑梗死后遗症患者而言，护理方式的有效性可有效改善其生活质量，中医康复护理干预手段可在此起到一定的促进作用，在经过干预后，患者的各维度评分及满意度均得到有效医生。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the utility value of TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention when nursing patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 158 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were selected for comparative experiments in the study. According to the principle of randomness, they were grouped by lottery. There were 79 patients in the control and observation groups respectively. Intervention methods, compare the quality of life score and satisfaction after nursing intervention. Results Studies have shown that the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group who adopt traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing interventions are significantly better than those in the control group, and their satisfaction is relatively high. (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction, the effectiveness of nursing methods can effectively improve their quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing interventions can play a certain role here. After intervention, the patients scores and satisfaction in various dimensions All get effective doctors.
