| 摘要 |
探究慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者施行综合护理对其生活质量的影响。方法 此次研究中所入选的研究对象为慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者，均于2020年1月-2021年1月期间入本院接受治疗，共68例。按照入院先后进行分组，分别为实验组和对照组。将常规护理施行在对照组中，将综合护理施行在实验组中，每组各34例。对两组焦虑、抑郁情况、生活质量情况予以对比分析。结果 在焦虑、抑郁情况方面上，实验组护理前与对照组对比差异较小，无法满足统计学含义（P＞0.05），经护理后，实验组相比较对照组要低（P＜0.05）。在生活质量方面上，实验组护理前与对照组对比差异较小，无法满足统计学含义（P＞0.05），经护理后，实验组相比较对照组要高（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者护理中采取综合护理干预，能够消除其负面情绪，提升患者的生活质量，因此患者对此护理效果较为满意。由此可见，此种护理方法在慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的护理中有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods the subjects selected in this study were patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, a total of 68 cases. According to the admission order, they were divided into experimental group and control group. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group and comprehensive nursing was implemented in the experimental group, with 34 cases in each group. The anxiety, depression and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results in terms of anxiety and depression, there was little difference between the experimental group and the control group before nursing, which could not meet the statistical significance (P > 0.05). After nursing, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of quality of life, there was little difference between the experimental group and the control group before nursing, which could not meet the statistical significance (P > 0.05). After nursing, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05).. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can eliminate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life. Therefore, patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect. It can be seen that this nursing method is of great significance in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.
