| 摘要 |
探讨肺癌患者股静脉置管化疗的护理要点。方法 2020年1月-2020年12月期间，我院收治了400例需要化疗的肺癌患者，将其当做本次实验的对象，通过随机分配原则，分为两组，将常规护理作为对照组，与实施系统化护理干预的实验组展开对比。比较两组患者的具体疗效及不良反应率。结果 实施系统化护理干预的实验组效果更好，患者生存质量更高，出现并发症的概率得到了有效降低，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过系统化护理干预来护理肺癌化疗患者的效果要明显优于其他方式，能够有效改善患者预后，降低病症带来的疼痛感与不良反应，故值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing points of femoral vein catheterization chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, our hospital admitted 400 cases of lung cancer patients who need chemotherapy, as the object of this experiment, through the principle of random allocation, divided into two groups, the conventional nursing as the control group, and the implementation of systematic nursing intervention of the experimental group to compare. The specific efficacy and adr rates of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group of systematic nursing intervention had better effect, higher quality of life of patients, and the probability of complications was effectively reduced, with statistically significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing intervention to care for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is obviously better than other ways, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the pain and adverse reactions caused by the disease, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
