| 摘要 |
本文宗旨在于呼吸与危重症科护理工作的应用，并探讨实施人性化服务在该科室的效果观察。方法 此次的临床科研考察对象，均为2021年2月至2021年10月期间在我院呼吸与危重症科接受治疗的病患，合计120例，按护理措施将病患分为对照组和观察组（每组各60例）。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施人性化服务护理干预，对比两组患者的综合疗效、心理健康状况及护理满意度。结果 经过两种不同的护理干预后，观察组患者的综合疗效、心理健康状态及护理满意度均优于对照组，组间数据统计，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 对呼吸与危重症科患者实施针对有效的人性化服务护理干预，可有效提高临床有效率，同时改善患者心理健康状态，提高护理满意度，值得推广、建议提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective The purpose of this paper is to apply the nursing work in respiratory and critical care department, and to discuss the effect observation of implementing humanized service in this department. Methods The subjects of this clinical research study were all patients who were treated in the respiratory and critical care department of our hospital from February 2021 to October 2021, with a total of 120 cases. The patients were divided into control group and control group according to nursing measures. Observation group (60 cases in each group). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given humanized service nursing intervention, and the comprehensive curative effect, mental health status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After two different nursing interventions, the comprehensive curative effect, mental health status and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups, P<0.05. Conclusion Implementing effective humanized service nursing intervention for patients in respiratory and critical care department can effectively improve clinical efficiency, improve patients mental health status, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and recommendation.
