近年来，建筑行业在社会经济发展水平稳步提升的优越环境中飞速发展，并随着时代的浪潮日趋壮大。建筑行业内对效率和质量的要求越来越高，这意味着建筑行业必须要具备更加科学完善的工程管理体系。然而，现阶段建筑工程管理的发展还不够成熟，亟待解决和完善的问题依然存在。本文将结合建筑工程管理的现实情况，以济南为例，探究建筑工程管理中存在的常见问题，并针对这些情况提出相应的措施，希望对建筑工程管理的相关人员起到一定的参考作用。

| Abstract |
In recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly in a favorable environment where the level of social and economic development has been steadily improved, and has grown stronger with the tide of the times. The requirements for efficiency and quality in the construction industry are getting higher and higher, which means that the construction industry must have a more scientific and perfect engineering management system. However, the development of construction engineering management is not mature enough at this stage, and problems to be solved and improved still exist. This article will combine the actual situation of construction project management, take Jinan as an example, explore the common problems in construction project management, and put forward corresponding measures for these situations, hoping to play a certain reference role for relevant personnel of construction project management.
