摘要	本人以广西建工五建公司为例，运用相关的经济学理论及建筑装配式理论，借鉴发达地区实践经验，分析广西建工五建公司在装配式建筑发展的过程中存在的问题和广西对建筑装配式的政策扶持，最后提出广西建工五建公司建筑装配式发展的对策。
Abstract	I take Guangxi Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Company as an example, use relevant economic theories and building prefabricated theories, learn from the practical experience of developed areas, and analyze the problems existing in the development of Guangxi Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Company in the process of prefabricated buildings. And Guangxis policy support for prefabricated buildings, and finally put forward the countermeasures for the development of prefabricated buildings in Guangxi Construction Engineering Fifth Construction Company.
