【 abstract 】 objective: to observe and discuss the psychological nursing in patients with perimenopausal women vaginal bleeding adverse psychological and the effects of sleep disorder. Methods: choose between December 2013 and February 2013, from 76 patients with vaginal bleeding perimenopausal women, all the 38 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups of female patients were performed after definite diagnosis of traditional routine treatment and care, and observation group on the basis of increased systemic psychological nursing intervention, and the female perimenopausal syndrome in patients with anxiety, depression and sleep clinical indicators for comparative analysis.Results: the conventional nursing group 24 h of sleep time, sleep maintenance rate is lower than the observation group, awakening time, times and anxiety score, depression score were higher than in observation group, observation group of quality of life was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing in patients with perimenopausal women vaginal bleeding bad mood and sleep is of great importance to the improvement in adjuvant treatment of clinical significance, is worth further clinical application.
