【Abstract】Objective: To observe and analyze the cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson disease (PD) dementia and its related influencing factors. Methods: We select from June 2014 to October 2015 admitted during the period of 100 patients with Parkinsons disease dementia, the patients motor function, cognitive function, intelligence and ability of daily life were evaluated and calculate the cognitive impairment and the duration, age of onset, gender, educational level, motor dysfunction the correlation coefficient (r). Results: 100 cases of Parkinsons disease with dementia Webster score were in moderate to severe level and the scores of Moca, MMSE and ADL score were compared to normal levels inconsistent, indicating that reduce the 100 cases of patients had different degrees of motor dysfunction, cognitive impairment, intelligence and daily living ability deficiency. Cognitive impairment with the onset of the patients course of the disease, were not associated with factors such as age, gender, and the patients cultural degree and motion dysfunction has a close relationship (P<0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: The patients with Parkinsons disease dementia sports ability and level of education and closely related to the severity of the patients with cognitive impairment.
