【Abstract】Objective: To study the use of early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with gastric surgery negative emotion, compliance effects, in order to improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: Select January 2013 ~ July 2015 in our hospital patients over 60 years a total of 72 cases of gastric cancer for the study, a computer randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine perioperative care, the experimental group received gastric surgery around early rehabilitation nursing period. Compare the two groups were observed before and after surgery health beliefs, desired level, coping style, therapeutic exercise adherence. Results: The experimental group of elderly patients with gastric cancer perioperative complications in 15 cases, a total of 21 cases in the control group, the experimental group than the control group (p <0.05); belief in the experimental group were healthy proportion of each dimension (91.67%, 83.33% , 91.67%) was higher, hoping to score a higher level (37.19 ± 4.37), coping style in a positive response was 38.91 ± 4.98 points, a negative response was 21.09 ± 6.11 points, the experimental group, the proportion of patients with good treatment compliance (88.89%) high compliance rates of patient motion high (38.22 ± 8.21 points), compared with control group exists p <0.05. Conclusions: Elderly patients over 60 years of early gastric provide around-operative rehabilitation care patients can reduce negative emotions, improve patient compliance campaign to improve the quality of life, it is worth the application.
