Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effects for the patients with parkinsons disease, mild cognitive impairment and depression by pramipexole combine with escitalopram. Methods 80 cases of patients with parkinsons disease, mild cognitive impairment and depression were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, the control group were treated by pramipexole, the experiment group were treated by pramipexole combine with escitalopram. The clinical effects were compared. Results The scores of moral, behavior and emotional, daily activity, motor function, PDQ-39 scores for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of HAMD for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The control rate, total effective rate for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); There has no significant difference on the rate of adverse reactions(P＞0.05). Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with parkinsons disease, mild cognitive impairment and depression by pramipexole combine with escitalopram, it can improve the depression and parkinsoncs disease, it can be used as optimal treatment plan.
